Chat Support Agent (Remote, Night Shift)

We run Zulu Royal ( ---------- ) and Zulu Rush ( ---------- ), two online games, and we're hiring an experienced Chat Support Agent for our player support team.

THE SHIFT
3:00 AM to 11:00 AM Philippine time, 4 days a week. One fixed shift.

THE ROLE
You'll answer players in chat: payments, cash-outs, accounts and questions about our games. Most of this job is getting the answer right. Our money rules are strict and our games, tools and rules change often, so we need someone who reads carefully, checks before answering, and asks when not sure. Being accurate matters more than being fast. Chat only: you'll never be on the phone.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Answer players in chat clearly, accurately and kindly
• Help with payments, cash-outs, accounts and questions about our games
• Follow our money rules exactly: never promise a payout time, a refund or a bonus we can't give
• Ask for the right details to find a payment, never a password, PIN or card number
• Pass anything you're not sure of to your manager instead of guessing
• Learn new rules and tools quickly when they change

WHAT WE NEED

• 1 to 2+ years in customer or chat support
• Careful and accurate: you read the whole message and get it right before you send
• Clear, fluent written English with correct spelling and grammar
• Fast, accurate typing (40+ words a minute)
• Calm and kind with frustrated players, and comfortable saying no politely
• Your own computer and a reliable internet connection (we test it during the application)
• A VPN connection (required for this job)
• Experience supporting online games is a plus

WHAT YOU GET

• USD 350 a month, after a paid first month at USD 250 (2 weeks of training, then 2 weeks of real chats with feedback)
