BIM COORDINATOR – SCAN-TO-BIM / POINT CLOUD

About the Job
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to support the creation, coordination, and
delivery of accurate 3D Building Information Models and site models from 3D Point Cloud (LiDAR) data.
The role involves working with Revit and point-cloud data to align, model, and verify BIM elements against
existing-condition scan data, and to prepare deviation documentation in accordance with project requirements and
established BIM standards. The level of detail, accuracy, and deliverable requirements will vary depending on client
and project requirements.
The ideal candidate should be technically strong, detail-oriented, a good team player, and comfortable working in a
fast-paced scan-to-BIM production environment.
