FULL-TIME COPYWRITER FOR AN AMAZON RESELLING COACH (TRAINING PROVIDED)

Hi, I'm Saykho.

I run an online coaching business that teaches everyday people how to resell products on Amazon. I started in 2020 reselling on eBay, moved to Amazon, and have done over $5,000,000 in lifetime Amazon sales. Today I coach students, run live trainings, email my list, and post content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.

I'm hiring one full-time copywriter to write with me. You will write in my voice, to my audience, every day. All training is provided on the job. I care more about how you write and how you take feedback than about your resume.

WHAT YOU WILL WRITE

1. Email s. Daily nurture email s, reminders for live trainings, launch sequences and promotions. Short, plain, story-driven, one call to action.

2. Short-form video scripts for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. 30 to 90 seconds each. Hook, setup, payoff, call to action. I film them, you write them.

3. Text-based Instagram Stories. Daily story sets (3 to 6 frames) built in Canva from templates I give you. Simple text on clean backgrounds, one message per frame, one prompt to DM or comment.

You will also help repurpose content across formats (a live training becomes an email , an email becomes a script, a script becomes a story set) and keep our swipe file of winning hooks and subject lines organized.

HOW WE WORK

• Training is provided. You get my copywriting rules, my swipe file, recordings of my trainings, and feedback on every draft for your first 30 days. You do not need to know Amazon reselling to apply. You do need to be curious enough to learn it.
• Tools: Google Docs, Canva, Kit (our email platform) and a team chat. If you have not used ConvertKit (Now named Kit), I will show you.
• Flexible hours. This is a 40-hour-per-week role, but you choose when you work, as long as deadlines are hit and you are reachable for a short daily check-in window we agree on together.
• Hourly pay with a simple time tracker.
• Long-term. I am hiring one person I can keep for years, not a project.

WHO THIS IS FOR

• Excellent written English. Conversational American English.
• You can write in someone else's voice and follow a style guide to the letter.
• You understand, or want to master, direct response copy: hooks, stories, specifics, one clear call to action.
• You know Canva basics (text, layouts, templates) or can learn them in a week.
• You are organized, meet deadlines without reminders, and take edits without taking them personally.
• Reliable internet, a working computer, and a quiet place to work.

Nice to have, not required: experience writing email s for a coach, creator or online course; short-form scripting; familiarity with how Instagram Stories and Reels work.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• Starting pay: $3 to $5 per hour USD, depending on experience. That is roughly $480 to $800 per month at 160 hours.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, flexible schedule.
• 13th month pay.
• Paid biweekly via Wise or PayPal.
• Raises based on performance.
• Paid training from day one.

HOW TO APPLY

Read this part carefully. I use it to see who pays attention.

1. Start your application with the word RAGOON as the first word on the subject line.

2. Answer these three questions in 1 to 3 sentences each:
a) What is one email , ad or video that made you buy something, and why did it work on you?
b) Describe your work setup and the hours you prefer to work (Philippine time).
c) What is your experience with Canva, from zero to daily user?

3. Share 2 writing samples (links or pasted text). Email s, scripts, captions, posts, anything you wrote yourself. If you have none, skip this and let the test speak for you.

4. Do this short test (15 to 20 minutes):
Write one email of 120 to 180 words to people who want to start reselling on Amazon but believe "Amazon is too saturated." Use this fact: Amazon does about $1.96 billion in sales every single day, and around 60% of that comes from independent sellers. End with one call to action to join a free live training.
Then write 3 different opening hooks (one line each) for a 30-second video on the same topic.

5. Do not use em dashes anywhere in your application. Our house style never uses them.

6. Tell me your expected hourly rate within the $3 to $5 range.
