We’re looking for a writer who can turn a technical, unglamorous subject into clear, useful, persuasive content. You’ll write for operations leaders, ecommerce managers, and marketers at industrial and B2B companies: smart, busy people who want straight answers, not buzzwords. You’ll work closely with the marketing team, and your work will show up across our website, search, email , and sales materials.
What you’ll do

- Write website and landing-page copy that explains what Catsy does and why it matters.
- Produce case studies by interviewing customers and turning their stories into proof.
- Write email campaigns and newsletters for prospects and customers.
- Create sales enablement content such as one-pagers, battlecards, and follow-up email s.
- Create blogs and social media content, and compare pages
- Learn the product deeply enough to write accurately about PIM, DAM, product data, syndication, and AI workflows.
- Keep everything consistent with Catsy’s voice and brand.
- Fully remote, US hours US business hours : 7am–4pm ET
- Room to own and shape the function and also work with social media posts
What you bring
- 3+ years writing for B2B companies, ideally SaaS, with published samples you can share.
- The ability to learn a technical subject quickly and explain it plainly.
- A working knowledge of SEO: keyword intent, structure, and internal linking. Experience writing for AI search (AEO) is a strong plus.
- Comfort taking feedback and revising fast.
- Excellent written English and a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience using AI tools to research but not use any AI generated content
Nice to have
- Experience in ecommerce, manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
- Familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce, or retailer product-content requirements.
