Virtual Assistant Opportunity – Real Estate Marketing, KEAP CRM & Coaching Business

My name is Joseph M. Frodella, and I am a U.S.-based real estate investor, author, and multifamily investing coach.

I am currently expanding my real estate investment and educational businesses and am looking for a dependable, experienced Virtual Assistant from the Philippines for a long-term working relationship.

Your background in real estate marketing and administrative support caught my attention, and I would like to learn more about your qualifications.

My businesses include multifamily property acquisitions, commercial real estate development, investor communications, and a coaching program designed to teach individuals how to purchase, manage, and build wealth through multifamily real estate.

The primary responsibilities would include:

Managing and maintaining my Keap CRM, including contact lists, lead follow-ups, email campaigns, and automations.

Supporting my multifamily investing coaching program, including student inquiries, course registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications.

Updating and maintaining my Golden Key Homes LLC website and landing pages.

Scheduling approved content on Facebook , LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Assisting with marketing my book, Multifamily Investing Made Easy, and distributing my free introductory guide.

Testing registration forms, automated email s, and coaching appointment workflows.

Preparing weekly reports on marketing activity, leads, appointments, and campaign results.

I will provide the marketing direction, approved content, and training materials. I am looking for someone who is organized, communicates clearly in English, and can follow instructions while working independently.

Position details:

Remote position based in the Philippines.

Initial schedule of approximately 20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours.

Compensation budget of $5–$7 USD per hour, depending on qualifications.

At least four hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.

Long-term opportunity based on performance.
