YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Proven Results Required) - $20 per Thumbnail

We need a thumbnail designer who can prove their thumbnails get clicks.

We run a community and education business for content creators, plus a YouTube channel that teaches creators how to land brand deals. We don't care if a thumbnail looks pretty. We care if people click it.

THE JOB

• Design 6 thumbnails per week (about 24 per month)
• We will give exact thumbnail directions, but we need you to see the vision and turn it into a real thumbnail edit
• Turn each video's title and concept into one clear, clickable idea
• Cut out, retouch, and composite photos of the host so the emotion on her face hits instantly
• Hit weekly deadlines and hand over final files plus source files

PAY

• $20 per thumbnail, about $480 per month at 24 thumbnails
• Ongoing work for the right person

WHO WE WANT

• You have real thumbnails on real YouTube channels, not mockups or practice pieces
• You can show proof: live video links, view counts, and click-through rate (CTR) data if you have it
• Your thumbnails pass the 3-second test: one big idea, understood at a glance, even at small size on a phone
• You know why a thumbnail works, not just how to copy a style
• You are strong in Photoshop or a similar tool
• You communicate clearly in English and don't miss deadlines
