THE ROLE
You own the email and SMS engine for our clients: nurture, launch and webinar show-up sequences built and sent in GoHighLevel, with ManyChat where needed. You keep lists segmented, inboxes landing and numbers reported.

Build and send nurture, launch and webinar show-up sequences.
Segment lists and manage deliverability.
Handle SMS consent and registration in GoHighLevel
Report open, click and conversion rates, with revenue per send where tracked.
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for personalization, subject line testing and data analysis.
Build re-engagement and booked-call follow-up flows

REQUIREMENTS
Proven email and SMS marketing experience, ideally for coaches, info products or high-ticket offers.
Hands-on GoHighLevel and ManyChat.
Working knowledge of deliverability and email authentication
Comfortable reporting clicks, conversions and revenue per send.
AI-forward: daily use of Claude or ChatGPT for drafting, personalization and analysis.

RESULTS
Every active client has a documented email /SMS sequence map within 30 days
Webinar show-up sequences live for every upcoming launch, on schedule.
Weekly report on open, click and conversion rates delivered to your Manager.
Measurable click or conversion lift on at least one core sequence per client by day 90.

LOCATION & SCHEDULE
Fully remote. 6:00 AM–2:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday. Launch and webinar sends run on fixed dates, and you're expected to hit them.
