Meta Media Buyer (Full-Time, Remote)

I am looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer to manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and business growth.

You will be responsible for managing campaigns, creating advertisements, monitoring performance, and testing new creative ideas. I have established systems, step-by-step SOPs, and internal tools to support daily operations, so you can focus on campaign performance and making good advertising decisions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands Meta advertising and knows that generating leads is only part of the job. The goal is to attract quality enquiries and improve campaign performance.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR:

• Someone with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta lead generation campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple advertising accounts or campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager.
• Experience with instant forms and website lead generation campaigns.
• Good understanding of CPL, CTR, CPM, frequency, and creative fatigue.
• Someone who can analyse campaign results and make practical decisions to improve performance.
• Hands-on CapCut experience, including video cuts, captions, text hooks, music, and 9:16 exports.
• Someone with a good eye for advertising creatives and an understanding of what makes an ad effective.
• Comfortable using AI tools to help with scripts, images, and video production.
• Organised, reliable, and able to follow SOPs consistently.
• Good written English and able to provide clear, concise updates.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of daily responsibilities.
• Available to start within one week.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Previous digital marketing agency experience.
• Experience managing lead generation campaigns across different industries.
• Experience working with UK audiences.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or other CRM platforms.
• Experience using ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Kling, or similar AI tools.
