Landing Page Designer & Builder – Shopify, Advertorials, CRO (Design + Build, Arrae-level)
Confidential employer
I run Lenire, a new Dutch supplement brand for women who get bloated and get cramps around their period. Two products (Unbloat and Ease), natural capsules, premium price, sold through our own Shopify store with traffic from Meta and TikTok ads. I'm looking for one person who designs AND builds landing pages that turn cold ad traffic into customers.
You are not a designer who hands off to a developer, and not a developer who waits for a Figma file. You do the whole page yourself: the structure, the layout, the design, the copy placement, the mobile version, the build in Shopify, the speed, the tracking. From brief to live.
The design bar is ---------- and ---------- . Clean, warm, premium, lots of social proof, and every section has a job. If you don't see why those pages convert, this job is not for you.
What you will design and build:
- Advertorial pages: long-form article-style pages (listicles, "I tried this for 30 days", "5 reasons your belly swells before your period") that warm up cold traffic and send it to the product page.
- Product landing pages: versions of our product page built around one ad angle each, with their own hero, headline, proof and offer block.
- Quiz funnels and lead-magnet pages connected to Klaviyo.
- Bundle and subscription pages (single, duo, 3-month) with clear offer presentation.
- A/B test variants every week: new hero, headline, offer block, review section, sticky bar.
Design skills you must have:
- Figma at a professional level. You design the page in Figma first (desktop + mobile), then build it. No "I'll just do it in the page builder".
- Typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour. You know why a page looks expensive and why another one looks like a template.
- Mobile-first thinking. 90% of our traffic is on a phone, so the mobile design is the real design.
- Image handling: product shots, before/after sliders, UGC frames, icons, light retouching in Photoshop or Figma. You can also brief or generate AI visuals (Nano Banana, Midjourney) that match the brand.
Build skills you must have:
- Shopify: themes, sections, Liquid, custom pages, metafields. Plus page builders like GemPages, Replo or PageFly when they are the faster choice.
- HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript, and you use Claude or similar AI tools to build sections fast and clean.
- Speed: pages under 2.5 seconds on mobile, Lighthouse 80+. You know how to compress images, lazy-load, and avoid app bloat.
- Tracking and tools: Meta Pixel and CAPI, TikTok Pixel, GA4, Klaviyo forms, Hotjar or Clarity heatmaps. You set them up and you read them.
- Compliance: we are an EU food supplement. No medical claims. I'll give you a claims guide and you apply it to every page.
CRO skills you must have:
- You know what converts and why: hook above the fold, sticky add-to-cart, review placement, comparison tables, FAQ objections, honest scarcity, bundle anchoring.
- You read the data (heatmaps, scroll depth, add-to-cart rate, CVR) and come to me with the next test, not the other way round.
What I expect from you:
- Take an ad angle and a short brief, come back with a Figma design in 2 days and a live page in 4 to 5 days.
- Taste and honesty. If my idea is weak, say it and show a better one.
- Good English, short clear updates, deadlines met without me chasing you. Dutch is a plus, not required; copy is supplied in Dutch or translated by us.
How we work:
- Start with a paid test project: one advertorial page for Lenire, designed in Figma and built live on our Shopify store, with pixels and heatmap installed. If it's good, we continue with 2 to 4 pages per month plus weekly tests.
- Flexible hours, reachable on weekdays in Netherlands daytime (CET). WhatsApp or Slack, files in Figma, Google Drive and Notion.
- Long-term work. I run several brands and every one of them needs pages.
How to apply:
1. Send 3 landing pages or advertorials you designed AND built yourself. Live links plus the Figma file or screenshots of the design. Tell me exactly what was yours and what tools you used.
2. If you know it, the conversion rate or the result of the page.
3. In 3 sentences: what would you change first on ---------- /products/bloat to make it convert better?
4. Your rate for the test project and your monthly rate for about 20 hours a week.
Applications without live links will not be read.
To make sure you've read this whole post, start your application with the word CEDAR. Applications that don't start with that word will be ignored.
