About the Role

We're a US firm that helps owners of nursing facilities (nursing homes) sell their buildings.

THE JOB
You call nursing owners across the US, confirm their mobile number and email , and book a short phone call with one of our partners. You're not selling anything. You will work from a list we give you, on a phone line we provide.

WHAT WE PAY

  • $3.00 to $4.00 per hour, based on your experience
  • $5 for every meeting actually held. A meeting that gets booked and doesn't happen pays nothing.
  • A bonus of up to $1,000 when an owner you booked signs a listing with us
  • Paid every week. We will never ask you to pay for anything.

HOURS
About 15 hours a week to start, Monday to Friday, inside 9 am to 5 pm US Eastern. That's 10 pm to 6 am in the Philippines. Callers who get meetings held get more hours.

YOU HAVE

  • At least one year of cold calling US numbers. Real estate experience is a big plus.
  • Clear, unhurried English that is easy to understand on a phone line
  • A quiet room, a headset with a microphone, and backup internet
  • Patience with owners who have run their businesses for decades

HOW TO APPLY (we skip any application that misses a step)
1. Start your message with the words: Owners still pick up.
2. Send a voice memo of 60 seconds or less, attached or as a link. Say your name, then tell us why we should hire you.
3. If you have a recording of a real call you made, with names removed, send that too.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We listen to every memo. If yours is good, we reply with a number to cold-call, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm US Eastern. Treat it as a real cold call, because we may answer as a tough owner. If you reach voi cemail , leave your pitch. The best then get a live phone interview with hard questions. Finalists are paid for 2 to 3 hours of training on how skilled nursing sales work. Two callers then start on the same list, and we keep adding hours for the one who gets more meetings held. We share our company name with finalists before training.
