Instagram Sales Opener (Sell by Chat, Dayshift)

Good at turning an Instagram conversation into a genuine opportunity? We are looking for a sales opener who can build trust in DMs, qualify potential clients, and book the right people into discovery calls with our sales team.

You open the conversation. Our closer handles the sale. Our buyers agency team handles the property work.

What you'll do

• Start personalised conversations through approved Instagram outreach.
• Respond to DMs, story replies, comments, and inbound interest
• Understand each prospect's investment goals, timing, and situation using our qualification framework.
• Follow up process required without pressure or spam.
• Keep Winly and Instagram accurate and share results and audience feedback.

What you need

• Excellent written English that sounds natural, not scripted.
• Experience with Instagram outreach, social selling, chat-based lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Strong judgment about who is ready for a call and who is not.
• Reliable follow-through, CRM discipline, and openness to coaching.
• A reliable computer, internet connection, and suitable remote workspace.

*Experience with New Zealand or Australian customers, property-related services is helpful.
