FULL-TIME YouTube Video Editor – Hormozi / Iman Gadzhi Style
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Pay: (around $30 per 15-minute video)
Workload: 1 completed YouTube video per day
Job Description
I'm looking for a skilled, reliable YouTube video editor to work with me full-time.
My channel focuses on remote jobs, making money online, and overemployment.
I want editing similar to Alex Hormozi and Iman Gadzhi — engaging captions, high-quality B-roll, clean animations, sound effects, and strong pacing.
These are talking-head videos, but I want someone who can turn basic footage into engaging, professional content.
What You'll Be Doing
- Editing 10–20 minute YouTube videos.
- Finding relevant, high-quality B-roll footage yourself.
- Adding engaging captions, zooms, and transitions.
- Using screenshots, websites, Reddit posts, and graphics.
- Adding simple motion graphics and sound effects.
- Creating engaging visual storytelling that keeps viewers watching.
- Bonus: Wojak-style 2D animations and storytelling.
I do NOT want random stock footage, unnecessary 3D animations, or generic effects. Every visual should make the video better.
IMPORTANT – DO NOT APPLY IF:
- You cannot consistently edit one 15-minute YouTube video per working day.
- You cannot find relevant, high-quality B-roll footage independently.
- You do not have examples of long-form YouTube videos you've personally edited.
- You are requesting more than $30 per 15-minute video.
- You cannot commit to full-time work or meet deadlines.
- You cannot communicate clearly in English.
I'm looking for serious editors who actually have the skills and availability for this position. If you don't meet these requirements, please do not apply.
How to Apply
Start your application with the word "CAREER".
You MUST include:
1. A link to a 10–20 minute YouTube video you personally edited. Tell me exactly what you edited in that video.
2. Your hourly rate and expected price per 15-minute video.
3. How many hours it takes you to edit a 15-minute video.
4. Confirmation that you can deliver one completed video per working day.
5. Your editing software and any experience with animation b-roll (Wojack editing for example)
Applications without actual video examples will not be considered.
Shortlisted applicants will complete a short editing test.
I'm looking for someone reliable who wants steady, long-term work. If you're skilled, efficient, and can consistently deliver great videos, I'd love to work with you!
