Sales Representative (Inbound Sales + Admin Support) – Home Cleaning Company

This Is a Sales Role, Not Just an Admin Role

Boomerang Cleaning, a veteran-owned residential and commercial cleaning company serving clients in Wisconsin, is hiring a remote sales professional. If you're looking for a passive admin job, this isn't it. Your main job is to turn leads into booked customers, convert them into recurring clients, and keep them happy. Administrative tasks are part of the role, but sales results are how you'll be measured and paid.

You'll take inbound sales calls, make outbound calls, answer questions with confidence, and close at a consistently high rate. We reward the people who produce.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and email s, and make outbound calls daily, including follow-ups on previous leads
• Present our services to interested leads and close sales
• Convert one-time customers into recurring clients
• Be the first point of contact for customers, with a warm, confident phone presence
• Respond to customer inquiries across all communication platforms
• Manage new leads promptly as they come in
• Schedule appointments and site visits
• Process orders by phone and keep client information up to date in our CRM
• Request and secure 5-star Google reviews from satisfied customers
• Help recruit US staff: manage Indeed job listings, review applicants, and support onboarding of new hires
• Manage the company's social media pages
• Maintain accurate business and client records
• Work with different departments and take on other administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confidence in a sales setting, with a track record of closing
• Comfortable with a daily high-volume dialing routine
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software (CRM tools and MS Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Quick to learn, take initiative, and solve problems on your own

Compensation: Base Pay Plus Performance Bonuses

Base pay: $4/hour or higher based on experience

Technical Requirements

• Dedicated home workstation
• Minimum 30 Mbps internet connection
• Backup device and backup internet for power or service outages
