Content Lead: Social, Graphics & Ad Copy (Remote, Philippines)

Full-time, long-term contractor · PHP 45,000 – 65,000 / month, based on experience

Hi! We're Holdline, a small US agency that gets real calls and booked jobs for home-service businesses. Right now we have one client, a busy emergency home-service company in the US, and we're growing. You'd work directly with the owner and our Operations Manager. No middleman agency. We value your creativity and will treat you that way.

What you'll do

• Plan and run a monthly content calendar for Facebook , Instagram and Google Business Profile
• Write posts, captions and short ad copy that sound like a real local business, not a template
• Design graphics and simple ad creatives (Canva, Photoshop or similar)
• Turn job photos and short clips from the field into posts that build trust
• Keep everything on brand and track what's working each month

What we're looking for

• 2+ years creating content for a business or brand, ideally local services
• A portfolio that shows both writing and design
• Clear, natural English
• Organized and reliable. You hit your calendar without being chased.
• Reliable internet with a backup (power and data)
• Some overlap with US Mountain Time hours (PH evening/night). We'll agree on your schedule upfront.
• Basic video editing (reels and shorts) is a big plus
