Part-Time Etsy Shop Assistant

Listings, Research & Shop Organization

20 hours per week | $4-$5 per hour, depending on experience

I'm looking for an experienced Etsy assistant to help run and grow my two shops, with work covering digital products such as editable templates, flyers and ebooks, alongside graphic apparel.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update and upload listings, including titles, tags, descriptions and SEO, for digital downloads and apparel.
• Keep shop sections and listings organized and correctly categorized, following my pricing guidelines. Confirm requested changes are actually finished.
• Research products, keywords and seasonal opportunities. Holiday listings are a priority right now.
• Create realistic product mockups in Canva or similar tools, including AI-assisted mockups.
• Respond to basic customer messages using my guidelines. Pricing decisions, refunds and financial matters stay with me.
• Send a short daily report covering hours worked, completed tasks and anything blocked.

I'm looking for real Etsy experience with both digital and physical products, strong mockup skills, strong written English, attention to detail and someone who can handle routine work independently after receiving clear instructions. Experience with Canva, Kittl or similar design tools is a plus, and Printify or other print-on-demand experience is a big plus.
