Full-Time Video Editor: AI Ads + VSLs (DTC Brand)

We're a fast-growing DTC health and wellness brand in the back pain and sciatica space. Two kinds of creative do most of our selling: long-form VSLs and AI-generated ads.

And we're scaling. More angles. More batches. A lot more AI.

Which means we need one full-time editor who can do both, and keep up with the volume without dropping quality.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Editing VSLs (2 to 10+ minutes) and the short ads cut from them.
• Building AI ads: AI movies with real dialogue, AI animations, medical animations.
• Motion graphics that make the claim clearer: anatomy overlays, callouts, pain animations.
• Cutting variations of what wins. Fixing what loses.
• Working directly with me. No layers, no committee.

PAY AND HOURS

• $2,000 to $3,000 USD a month, full-time, fully remote.
• 45 to 50 hours a week.
• A bonus on ads that scale.
