About the Role

I’m looking for a creative, reliable person to help grow my personal brand, Balint Adorjan. I teach agency owners how to sell and grow their businesses.

I’ll record the videos and provide the expertise. I need you to turn that material into strong YouTube videos, Reels, TikToks, Shorts and social posts, and manage the publishing process.

The goal is to build an engaged audience and generate coaching signups and relevant affiliate sales. I want someone who understands why content works and can contribute ideas, not just follow a checklist.

What you’ll do

  • Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong openings, good pacing, clean audio and useful supporting visuals.
  • Find strong moments in my recordings and turn them into standalone Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts.
  • Create proper vertical edits from the original footage. Screen recordings, interviews and demonstrations need thoughtful layouts, not simply cropped landscape videos.
  • Create compelling thumbnails, branded graphics and carousels.
  • Write titles, captions, descriptions and calls to action that sound like me.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar for YouTube, Facebook , Instagram and TikTok.
  • Organize footage, project files and finished assets in a shared folder.
  • Submit content for approval, handle revisions, and publish approved content through the account access and tools we agree on.
  • Monitor comments and engagement, flag questions or enquiries that need my attention, and help identify new content opportunities.
  • Review performance and recommend improvements based on retention, engagement, clicks and available conversion data.

What you need to be good at

  • Both long-form and short-form video editing.
  • Hooks, storytelling, pacing and keeping viewers interested.
  • Choosing moments that make sense without watching the full video.
  • Thumbnail design and clean, consistent social graphics.
  • Strong written English and adapting to a personal brand’s voice.
  • Managing deadlines and moving work forward without constant reminders.

Experience with coaches, educators or other personal brands is a plus. You can use AI tools, including vidIQ, but you must review the output and take responsibility for the quality.

We’ll agree on output, turnaround times and revisions based on the available hours and editing complexity.

How to apply

Please send:
1. One long-form YouTube video, two short-form videos and one thumbnail you created.
2. What you personally handled in each example.
3. Why you chose the opening hook in one of your Shorts.
4. Any results you can substantiate, with context about your role.
5. The editing/design tools you use, your weekly availability and expected monthly pay.
Please choose your strongest relevant examples rather than sending a large, unorganized portfolio. Existing work is enough for the application. Any custom trial would be paid, with scope and terms agreed first.
