On-Camera Presenter for App/Tech News Videos

About us: We make app tutorials on YouTube, run a website and send an email newsletter. Now we're starting a daily app and tech news channel and are hiring two presenters. We share our name and links with shortlisted applicants.

What you'll do:

• Present the day's app and tech news to camera: new features in apps like WhatsApp or ChatGPT, price changes, scams going around, new apps worth trying.
• We write every script and check every fact. You read it on our teleprompter page, or tell the story from a few key points in your own words.
• Each story is as long as it needs: a quick update or a few minutes for a big one.
• Comment, joke or roast an app a little when it feels natural. Never forced; the facts stay as written.
• Record the day's stories in one go (one tap per story, breaks whenever you want) and upload the clips to a shared folder. We do all the editing.

You have:

• Clear, natural spoken English.
• A relaxed, friendly way of talking to camera. No news experience needed.
• A quiet spot, a phone or webcam that films in Full HD and reliable internet. Earphones with a mic are fine to start; one computer can be enough.
• Interest in apps and tech.

Schedule, your choice:

• Monday to Friday, about 4 hours a day, or
• every day including weekends, about 3 hours a day.

Pay: $3 an hour, paid monthly by Wise or PayPal. A 4-week trial first; more hours and better pay as the channel grows.
