EXPERIENCED CAR HAULING DISPATCHER — FULL-TIME / REMOTE

Position: Full-Time / Exclusive

We are hiring an experienced US Auto Transport Dispatcher to manage our fleet of two 3-car trailers and one 5-car trailer.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Central Dispatch and Super Dispatch.
• Strong knowledge of US routes, including East Coast, Southeast, Northeast and Texas.
• Negotiate loads to achieve minimum rates:
• 3-car trailers: $2.50 per mile.
• 5-car trailer: $3.50 per mile.
• Complete broker registrations and applications.
• Obtain customer/broker reviews on at least 50% of completed loads.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, drivers and schedules.
• Handle paperwork, invoicing, collections and load follow-ups.
• Remain available to assist drivers and resolve transportation issues until deliveries are completed.

Exclusive Position: No second job permitted. You must be fully committed and available according to operational needs. Once daily responsibilities are completed, you only need to remain available for support.

Compensation

• $1,000 USD monthly base salary.
• Additional 1% commission on collected freight revenue from completed trips meeting our minimum rate targets.
