About the Role

The Nonprofit Guy (NPG) is hiring a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. We help nonprofit founders and leaders launch, fund, and scale their organizations through coaching, trainings, and done-for-you services. Strong visuals are a big part of how we deliver value, for our own brand and for our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Client brand guides: create brand guides and brand kits for our nonprofit clients (logo usage, color palettes, typography, and sample applications)
  • YouTube thumbnails: design scroll-stopping thumbnails for our weekly YouTube videos
  • Reel covers: design consistent cover images for Instagram and Facebook Reels
  • Flyers and event graphics: design flyers, social graphics, and promotions for webinars, challenges, summits, and in-person events
  • Keep everything on brand: follow The Nonprofit Guy brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone), and each client's own brand guide
  • Manage several projects at once and deliver on time with strong attention to detail

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
  • Skilled in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign)
  • Experience creating brand guides or brand kits
  • Experience designing YouTube thumbnails and social media content
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with quick turnarounds
  • Good English communication and able to take feedback well
  • Bonus: experience with nonprofits, coaching, or education brands, or with Figma

DETAILS

  • Pay: $6 per hour
  • Remote, flexible hours
  • Paid bi-weekly through Wise
  • Long-term role with room to grow on an impact-driven team
