Chase Roofing & Masonry is looking for a highly experienced Insurance Claims & Supplement Specialist who knows exactly how to handle U.S. property insurance claims, negotiate with adjusters, prepare supplements, and fight for fair claim approvals.

I have already hired three individuals who claimed they had the necessary experience but could not deliver results. I'm not interested in wasting any more time, playing games, or training someone from scratch.

I need someone who knows this business, understands the insurance process, and can get straight to work.

What You Must Know How to Do

Review insurance estimates and identify missing or underpaid items.

Create detailed, professional roofing and masonry insurance supplements.

Understand Xactimate pricing, line items, and estimating procedures.

Communicate directly with U.S. insurance adjusters.

Go back and forth with insurance companies, respond to objections, and negotiate professionally.

Support requests for full roof replacements when damage documentation justifies them.

Review photographs, measurements, damage reports, and existing supplements.

Follow up aggressively and consistently until claims reach a resolution.

Manage multiple insurance claims independently without constant supervision.

Keep every claim organized and provide regular updates.

Compensation & Opportunity

Earn $800–$2,000 per successfully approved job, depending on the claim and agreed compensation terms.

I have the potential to provide 15–20 insurance jobs per month to the right individual.

This is a serious opportunity for an experienced specialist who knows how to produce results.

I'm not looking for someone who just sends an email and waits for a response. I need someone who actively follows up, knows how to respond when insurance companies push back, understands what documentation is needed, and knows how to move claims forward.
