About the Role

Read this first
We create and publish content every day across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , and LinkedIn.
We're looking for someone who gets things done quickly, takes initiative, and can handle a high volume of work without sacrificing quality.
This is not a role where you'll spend most of your time organizing folders, updating spreadsheets, or planning workflows. We need someone who executes.
If you're the type of person who sees what needs to be done, gets started, and finishes without constant reminders, keep reading.
Your 3 Main Responsibilities
1. Test Content at Volume Without Sacrificing Quality (Primary Focus)
Our biggest priority is testing more content, faster, to identify what performs best.
You'll help us:
Use AI tools and existing workflows to generate and test different content ideas, hooks, formats, and variations.
Work with our editors to turn ideas and AI-generated material into finished content.
Keep a high volume of content moving through production, review, approval, and publishing.
Review outputs for accuracy, quality, and brand fit.
Request revisions when needed and follow through until they're completed.
Help identify winning content and test more variations of what works.
Ensure content is published on time and never goes live without required approval.
The goal is simple: test more content, learn faster, and consistently get high-quality content published.
2. Actively Engage With Other Posts and Creators
We don't want our social accounts to feel like automated publishing machines.
You'll help keep our accounts active, authentic, and connected to the communities we're trying to reach.
This includes:
Regularly engaging with relevant posts, creators, and accounts in our niche.
Leaving thoughtful, genuine comments that contribute to conversations.
Responding to comments and interactions on our own content.
Identifying opportunities to build relationships with other creators.
Keeping our social presence active beyond simply posting content.
The goal is to make our accounts feel like real people are behind them, not just a content scheduler.
3. Handle Whatever Else Needs to Get Done
We're a fast-moving team, and priorities can change throughout the week.
You'll be expected to jump in and help with tasks as they come up, whether that's preparing content, following up with an editor, researching something, updating a page, or handling an unexpected project.
What matters is that you:
Take ownership of assigned tasks.
Move quickly without needing constant follow-up.
Communicate when something is completed or blocked.
Adapt when priorities change.
Deliver work on time.
We value someone who figures things out and gets things done over someone who needs detailed instructions for every step.
What We Expect
Speed and execution: You consistently complete a high volume of tasks.
Quality at speed: You move fast, but don't publish sloppy or unapproved work.
Initiative: You take action and solve problems instead of waiting to be told every next step.
Responsiveness: You communicate promptly and don't leave tasks hanging.
Adaptability: You're comfortable switching between content, engagement, and other priorities.
AI fluency: You're comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to work faster and produce better results.
Strong English: You can write clearly and engage naturally with people online.
How We Work
We move fast, and we expect the same from you.
Messages should be acknowledged within 2 hours during agreed business-hour overlap.
Content should be reviewed and moved forward within 4 hours of entering your queue.
Blockers should be communicated as soon as they arise.
Scheduled content should be ready at least 24 hours before publishing whenever possible.
Nothing gets published without the required approval.
We care more about completed, high-quality work than how much time you spend planning or organizing it.
The Arrangement
Location: Remote — Philippines preferred
Type: Independent contractor. This is not employment and no employment benefits are provided
Workload: Target of 40 hours per week, with substantial overlap with our business hours
Compensation: Agreed monthly contract rate
Equipment: Your own computer and reliable internet. Cameras are required to be on during company and team meetings.
Opportunity: Ongoing role with room to grow as our content operation expands
How to Apply
Keep it short. Tell us:
Your experience creating, managing, or publishing content at volume.
Which AI tools you've used and how you've used them to get work done faster.
Your experience engaging with audiences or other creators on social media.
Your availability and expected monthly rate.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a small paid test task so we can see how you work.
We're looking for a doer — someone who can help us test more content, build authentic engagement, and keep things moving every single day.
