📢 WE ARE HIRING – ENTRY-LEVEL TRAINEE SALES VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (VA)

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our growing cleaning company as an Entry-Level Trainee Sales VA.

No previous experience is necessary!

If you’re looking to start a career as a Virtual Assistant and develop valuable sales, administration and customer service skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What will you be learning?

We will provide training and guidance in all aspects of running and supporting our cleaning business, including:

• Preparing and managing invoices.
• Scheduling and organising cleaning jobs.
• Communicating professionally with cleaners.
• Speaking with clients and handling enquiries.
• Managing bookings and appointments.
• Cold calling potential clients.
• Developing your sales and customer service skills.
• Learning how to become a successful Sales VA.

Sales and cold calling will be a key part of this role.

You will be expected to work towards making approximately 120 outbound calls per day, so confidence on the phone and a clear speaking voice are important.

You will be joining our existing team of 5 Philippine-based Virtual Assistants, where you will receive support and training as you learn the role from the ground up.

Working hours

Full-time position

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm UK time.
• Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm UK time.

Interviews and start date

We are aiming to conduct interviews on Tuesday and Thursday this week, with the successful candidate ideally starting on Friday.
