Part-Time Cold Caller for Real Estate Agents: 10AM–3PM ET, $7/hr + Bonus

Regalis Realty Media provides real estate photography, video, drone, floor plans, and 3D tours for listing agents in New Jersey, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. I'm hiring a part-time cold caller to get agents to book shoots with us, whether they're trying us for the first time, looking for a new photographer, or keeping us as a reliable backup.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call real estate agents from our CRM list using a provided script
• Find out who they use now and what's missing
• Pitch a trial shoot, or position us as their backup photographer
• Book shoots for upcoming listings on our calendar
• Log every call outcome and follow-up in the CRM

SCHEDULE

• 5 hours/day, Monday to Friday
• Fixed shift: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 PM - 3:00 AM Manila now; 11:00 PM - 4:00 AM Manila after US clocks change on Nov 1)
• Time tracking required

PAY

• $7/hour
• $50 bonus for every shoot you book that gets completed

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation (all calls are to US agents)
• 1+ year of outbound cold calling or appointment setting
• Comfortable with rejection and high call volume
• Quiet workspace, headset with mic, and stable internet
• Real estate experience is a plus, not required
