About Us

Maid For You is an established, independently owned residential cleaning company located in Concord, New Hampshire, USA. We've been in business for over 20 years and are growing rapidly.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Recruiting Coordinator to help us find great people to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Indeed applications and identify qualified candidates.
• Contact applicants promptly through text and email .
• Conduct initial Zoom interviews using our established interview process.
• Evaluate applicants and recommend qualified candidates for second interviews.
• Schedule in-person interviews with our management team.
• Follow up with applicants and maintain an organized hiring pipeline.
• Track recruiting activity and provide weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate the transition of new hires to our in-house onboarding team.

Our goal is to hire five quality cleaning technicians each month.

Qualifications

Previous recruiting experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person.

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, administration, appointment setting, or a similar role.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Proactive, with excellent follow-through.
• Comfortable conducting professional Zoom interviews.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new software quickly.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a backup connection.
• Quiet, private workspace with a webcam and microphone.
• Professional appearance during video interviews.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (30 hours weekly).

Starting Pay: $9 USD per hour.

Performance Bonus: $50 for each qualifying cleaning technician recruited who successfully completes 90 days of employment.

Training: Paid training

This is an overnight position in the Philippines. Applicants must be comfortable consistently working U.S. Eastern business hours.
