Call Center Agent - Remote - Immediate Start - $500-$700/Month

The Game Vault is urgently expanding our Call Center team. We are hiring Remote Call Center Agents for immediate start, with full paid training provided.

Role:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email , and live chat. Resolve basic queries and escalate when needed. Full training provided — no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls, email s, and chats professionally
• Resolve basic inquiries using our knowledge base
• Document customer interactions in our system
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors

Requirements:

• Clear spoken and written English
• Reliable headset, laptop, and internet
• Quiet home workspace
• Willing to work shifts (day or evening)
• No prior call center experience required

Compensation:

• $500-$700 USD monthly
• Performance bonuses up to $150/month
• Shift differentials for night shifts
• 13th month pay
• Paid training programme
