Hiring for a part-time TikTok Shop content creator to research winning products and create AI photo slides.

Starting pay: $400 USD/month + performance bonuses

There is a lot of room to make more based on performance. If you want to take on more work, this can also grow into a full-time position with higher pay and more bonus potential.

You will be given access to all of the software and resources needed for the position, and I will teach you the process.

The main job is finding content and products that are already performing well on TikTok Shop and using those winning styles/frameworks to create new photo slide posts.

You will be using:

• ChatGPT
• TikTok
• TikTok Shop
• Daily Virals
• A US VPN
• Product listings and research resources
• Accounts and examples I provide for you to study

What you will be doing:

• Researching winning TikTok Shop products
• Finding viral and high-performing photo slide posts
• Studying accounts that are already doing well
• Finding new accounts and styles on your own
• Taking proven photo slide frameworks and recreating them for different products
• Using ChatGPT to generate the images
• Creating realistic 9:16 photo slides
• Making variations of concepts that are already working
• Organizing completed posts into Google Drive folders
• Learning what types of hooks, images, products, and styles perform best

You do not need to already be an expert at this. I will provide training and examples.

However, you should be:

• Creative
• Very familiar with TikTok
• Comfortable using AI
• Good at researching content
• Able to recognize what looks realistic vs. obviously AI-generated
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Willing to learn quickly
• Good at following instructions
• Comfortable asking questions when needed
• Interested in TikTok Shop and social media trends

A big part of this position is learning how to recognize what is already working.

I do not want completely random content ideas. You will be studying proven posts, understanding why they worked, and then recreating/improving those frameworks for other products.

Quality is more important at the beginning while you are learning. As you improve and understand the process, I will expect you to become faster and increase your output.

Paid Test:

Before being hired, you will complete a short paid test.

You will be given a product and access to the resources needed to research it.

The test will involve finding a strong photo slide concept/style and creating a photo slide post for the product using AI.
