  • Ensuring customers receive a consistently positive experience.

Reporting & Data Management >>

  • Assisting with weekly and monthly management reporting.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, databases and operational records.
  • Analysing data and helping identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, SUMIFS and working with larger datasets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems without constant supervision.
  • A proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambitious environment with high expectations.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a team.
