Claude AI Automation & Prompt Engineering Specialist

We are looking for a smart, resourceful, hands-on AI Automation Specialist who can use Claude AI, Claude Code, and terminal-based tools to build, execute, and manage repeatable business tasks.

This is an execution-focused role, not just prompt writing. We need someone who can turn business instructions into working automated processes, test them, troubleshoot issues, and deliver accurate results.

Key Responsibilities
Create effective prompts, commands, and workflows using Claude AI and Claude Code.
Work comfortably with terminal/command-line environments.
Convert repetitive business activities into reusable, automated workflows.
Execute tasks, review outputs, identify errors, and correct them.
Build repeatable processes for data extraction, reporting, Excel/CSV/PDF processing, and business operations.
Document workflows so they can be executed consistently.
Proactively improve prompts and processes to reduce manual effort.

Own tasks end-to-end: Create → Execute → Review → Fix → Complete.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Claude AI, preferably Claude Code.
Strong prompt engineering and logical problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with terminal commands, scripts, and basic automation.
Experience with Python, APIs, or workflow automation is a plus.

High attention to detail and ability to independently troubleshoot.
Strong written English and ability to follow business instructions.

Compensation
$3 USD per hour, paid based on approved working hours.
Remote opportunity with potential for ongoing work based on performance.
