Executive Director of Operations – US Law Firm

Full-Time | Remote – Philippines | $2,000–$3,500 USD per Month

Minimum Qualifications — ALL Required

At least TWO (2) years of management experience in a US law firm.

Demonstrated experience supervising employees, team leaders, or managers.

Experience managing law firm administrative operations, workflows, and staff accountability.

Familiarity with US legal practice management software.

Experience implementing operational systems, performance tracking, or management dashboards.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work at least four overlapping hours with California business hours.

Ability to independently identify operational problems, develop solutions, and ensure implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing California civil litigation law firm operations.

Experience supervising an existing operations director, operations manager, or other management personnel.

Experience with Clio Manage, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Automate.

Experience overseeing teams of 10 or more employees.

Experience with law firm billing, collections, client intake, and financial reporting.

Experience implementing AI-assisted workflow automation.

Experience scaling a law firm or other professional services business.
