What you'll do:

• Create and post daily content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X: a mix of static posts, carousels, and short-form video, in our voice.
• Send a weekly content plan for approval before anything goes out.
• Reply to comments and DMs promptly, professionally, and in our voice.
• Grow the accounts organically by engaging with accounts in the security and law enforcement world. No bots, no fake followers, no generic filler.
• Track performance monthly: what got real engagement (comments, shares, saves, clicks to the site) and what didn't, and adjust.

What you need:

• Excellent written American English — captions that sound natural and conversational, like a person, not a bot.
• Experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and X for a business or brand.
• Design and short video skills: Canva, and CapCut or similar.
• AI-savvy: you use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to draft and brainstorm fast, then edit into a human voice.
• Reliability: daily check-ins, deadlines met, every post on time.
