YouTube Uploader - Publish Videos to Our Channels Within Hours of Delivery

We run several YouTube channels and are hiring an uploader to publish finished videos as soon as our editors deliver them. You'll get Editor permission on each channel in YouTube Studio, plus an SOP for every channel covering what to upload, how to fill in each video's details and how often to post. Your job is to get every video live quickly and set up correctly, including its ad suitability and monetization settings. We're looking for someone to work with us on an ongoing basis.

Speed matters. We want each video live within about 2 hours of it arriving, so we need someone who is online for most of the day, keeps notifications on and has fast, reliable internet.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Download finished videos from our shared Google Drive as soon as they arrive.

• Upload each one to the right channel in YouTube Studio, using Editor permission on your own Google account.

• Fill in the title, description, thumbnail, playlist, audience and other details exactly as the channel's SOP sets out.

• Answer the ad suitability questionnaire accurately and set monetization following our guide.

• Wait for YouTube's copyright and ad suitability checks, then publish or schedule at the time the SOP gives.

• Post each video's link to the team in ---------- , and flag any copyright claim, limited ads or restriction straight away.

• Keep every channel on its upload schedule.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience uploading videos, ideally to YouTube channels through YouTube Studio.

• Very fast, reliable internet. Upload speed matters most, and a backup connection and power supply for outages is a big plus.

• Fast responses. You're online for long stretches of the day with notifications on, so videos go up within about 2 hours of arriving.

• Attention to detail. You follow the SOP checklist on every upload and never skip a setting.

• Good written English for checking titles, descriptions and SOP instructions.

• Familiarity with YouTube monetization, the advertiser-friendly guidelines and the ad suitability questionnaire (a plus).

Workload: Each channel's SOP sets its upload frequency. Videos can arrive at any time of day.

Turnaround: Within about 2 hours of a video arriving.

HOW TO APPLY
