How we work
Each team member manages a maximum of 5 client accounts. When you hit that number and are performing well, we bring on more help rather than overloading you. Pay is per account, so your income grows as you take on more clients.
How to apply
Send a message with:
1. The subject line “Birdie” so we know you read the full post
2. A screenshot or short case study of an account you scaled, including the numbers
3. One thing you’d check first when auditing a new ecommerce client’s Google Ads account
4. Your hourly or monthly rate expectations and your availability
Applications without all four will not be reviewed.
