• You have personally won business clients and completed finance deals for them, with numbers: deals closed, loan values, commission earned, the period.
• You have strong lender relationships in the UK, the UAE or another market you know well.
• You are doing this today for someone else and could run it yourself. You want to build your own business, full time. Not a job, not freelance work, not part time.

1. Tell us where your deals come from: the clients you have won yourself over the last two or three years, the deals completed, the loan values and the commission earned. Names can be anonymised.
