Real Estate Wholesaling Sales Representative / Lead Manager

We are hiring a reliable sales professional for a U.S. real estate wholesaling business. You will build relationships with property owners, qualify seller opportunities, and keep follow-up moving from first conversation through handoff to the owner.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound seller inquiries.
• Ask thoughtful questions about property condition, seller motivation, timeline, and price expectations.
• Follow up consistently, handle objections professionally, and book qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, next steps, and pipeline stages.
• Coordinate with the owner on promising opportunities and report activity, appointments, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Relevant outbound sales, appointment setting, or real estate lead management experience; U.S. wholesaling experience strongly preferred.
• Clear spoken and written English and confident, respectful phone communication.
• Strong follow-through, organization, and comfort using CRMs and dialers.
• Reliable internet, a headset, and a quiet calling environment.

Schedule and pay
Remote, full-time, 40 hours per week. Availability during U.S. Pacific business hours is required; exact shift agreed during interviews. Base pay: USD $800-$1,200 per month depending on relevant experience. Any additional performance incentive arrangement will be discussed and agreed before hiring.
