Full-Time Content Creator & Video Editor

We are looking for a full-time content creator and video editor who can turn raw footage and ideas into clear, engaging content for our businesses. You should be comfortable developing concepts as well as delivering polished edits.

What you will do

• Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok, plus longer educational and promotional videos.
• Develop hooks, outlines, scripts, captions, and simple storyboards from the owner's ideas.
• Add clear subtitles, B-roll, sound design, color correction, and motion graphics where useful.
• Create thumbnails and supporting social graphics.
• Repurpose longer footage into useful short clips and adapt exports to each platform.
• Organize footage and project files, maintain a content calendar, and incorporate feedback reliably.
• Review content performance and suggest improvements to topics, hooks, and pacing.

What we are looking for

• A strong portfolio of work you personally created or edited.
• Skilled in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or comparable software.
• Good storytelling, audio cleanup, pacing, and visual judgment.
• Strong written English for scripts and captions.
• Reliable communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Computer and internet connection suitable for video editing and file transfers.

Experience with business, real estate, software tutorials, or direct-response creative is helpful.

Schedule and pay
Remote, full-time, 40 hours per week. Flexible production hours with agreed overlap for meetings and feedback during U.S. Pacific business hours. USD $800-$1,200 per month depending on portfolio and experience.
