Instagram DM Appointment Setter

The 3rd Path is a fast-growing online coaching business helping athletes, former athletes and creators build their body, brand and business. We did $45,000 in revenue this month and are on track to pass that next month. We're hiring a DM appointment setter to start real conversations on Instagram and book qualified calls.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Reply to inbound leads and send targeted outbound DMs
• Build rapport, qualify leads and book them onto calls
• Follow up with leads who go quiet
• Track your conversations and booked calls every day

MUST HAVE

• Proven experience as a DM setter or appointment setter on an offer
• A strong understanding of social media and content
• Able to work US hours, with your schedule no more than 3-4 hours off US hours
• Strong written English that sounds natural, not scripted
• Comfortable having real conversations with leads, not just sending scripts
• Reliable internet and your own computer and phone

Ideally MUST HAVE:

• Former athlete experience, or a very good understanding of what it's like to be an athlete and transition out of sport into the real world
• Experience on a personal brand offer or fitness coaching
• Experience with high-ticket offers sold through social media
• Booked call numbers you can show us

PAY

• This is a commission-based role
• $2,000-$5,000 USD/month OTE (on-target earnings)
• Your earnings depend on how many leads close from the calls you book, so income is not guaranteed
• Full pay structure explained at interview
