Roll The Media creates social media content for plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and leading medical aesthetics practices. We’re looking for a creative, AI-savvy video editor who wants to push boundaries, try the newest tools, and build a portfolio full of high-performing content for real brands.

What You’ll Do

Edit vertical videos (Reels/TikTok) under 1 minute and YouTube videos 5 to 9 minutes long
Use AI to create hooks, intros, transitions, visuals, and B-roll that grab attention in the first second
Add captions, text, and animations that keep viewers watching
Apply clean color grading and natural filters so every client looks their best on camera
Keep client files organized, labeled, and delivered on time
Collaborate with the team through ClickUp

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in AI video and image tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, CapCut AI, or similar
Strong skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
Experience editing short-form social media content
A sharp eye for pacing, hooks, and what’s trending right now
Reliability, organization, and responsiveness during work hours

Bonus Points

Experience with medical, beauty, or aesthetics brands
Long-form YouTube editing experience

Compensation & Schedule

$5/hour, full-time (about $867/month)
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
40 hours per week, with performance-based raises
