Project Overview

Oklahoma Shores is an upscale hospitality brand managing a curated portfolio of 7 distinct waterfront properties across Eastern Oklahoma. Our collection ranges from luxury tiny cabins and a premium geodesic glamping dome tent on a 100-acre riverfront ranch to high-capacity lakefront retreat estates.
We are launching a premium direct-booking network and need a specialized Brand Identity Artist / VA to create our master logo and visual asset suite.

• The Aesthetic: Rustic Luxury, High-End Heritage Estate, Upscale Lodge.
• What to Avoid: Please do NOT submit concepts that are cold, sterile, hyper-modern, or abstract minimal. We want the brand to feel warm, deeply established, and rich with regional history. Avoid generic clip-art houses or basic wavy lines.

Detailed Design Brief

1. The Emblem (The Waterfront Heritage Crest):
We require a classic, elegant framed estate crest or heraldic badge using fine, whisper-thin vector line art. The crest must seamlessly weave together three specific motifs:

• A classic rustic windmill (honoring our 100-acre Oklahoma ranch heritage).
• Subtle rolling landscape/bluff curves (representing our position high on the Grand River bluffs).
• Clean horizontal shoreline/water reflections at the base of the emblem.

2. Typography & Font Styling:

• Primary Text ("OKLAHOMA"): A stately, high-character serif typeface that carries weight and history, preferably with subtle, clean chiseled edges.
• Secondary Text ("SHORES"): A clean, sophisticated, modern sans-serif typeface with wide tracking (letter-spacing) sitting perfectly aligned beneath the primary text.

3. Color Palette: Organic, muted landscape tones. Iron charcoal/black, warm sand, and soft matte gold accents, with a brand accent of muted sage/moss green.

Required Deliverables

• Master Logo Lockup: Full brand mark containing the text layout and the crest together.
• Standalone Sub-Mark: The isolated line-art crest badge on its own (for watermarks, digital welcome books, and property merchandise like robes and signage).
• Complete Vector Source Files: Fully scalable, transparent formats including .SVG, .EPS, and high-resolution .PNG.
