VERTICAL K-DRAMA VIDEO EDITOR (mini series)

We’re looking for a highly creative K-Drama-style video editor who understands emotional pacing, cinematic storytelling, and addictive short-form content for 9:16 vertical mini TV series.

You’ll edit fast-paced episodic content designed for platforms like TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and vertical streaming apps. The ideal candidate knows how to turn raw footage into emotionally compelling episodes with cliffhangers, dramatic tension, romance, suspense, and binge-worthy pacing inspired by modern Korean dramas.

Responsibilities
Edit vertical 9:16 mini-series episodes (1–5 minutes each)
Create emotionally engaging K-drama style storytelling
Add cinematic pacing, music, sound design, subtitles, transitions, and dramatic timing
Build cliffhangers that maximize viewer retention
Use zooms, reaction cuts, slow motion, flashbacks, and tension-building techniques
Sync emotional beats with music and dialogue
Color grade footage to match modern K-drama aesthetics
Create polished subtitles optimized for mobile viewing
Collaborate with directors, writers, and social media teams
Deliver episodes optimized for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and mobile streaming platforms
Requirements
Must Have
Strong portfolio of:

Expert-level editing skills in:
Adobe Premiere Pro
