About Clean Heart Laundry

Clean Heart Laundry is an independently operated laundromat in El Monte, California. We are upgrading our facility with modern commercial washers and dryers and are focused on attracting new customers, rebuilding customer loyalty, and expanding our commercial laundry business.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and creative Virtual Assistant who can help us grow our customer base and establish relationships with local businesses.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Local Business Development

• Research apartment complexes within approximately 3–5 miles of our laundromat.
• Identify property managers and decision-makers.
• Research salons, spas, restaurants, Airbnb operators, cleaning companies, and other businesses that need regular laundry services.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects.
• Send introductory email s and conduct approved outreach.
• Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments.

2. Social Media Marketing

• Manage Facebook and Instagram content.
• Create 4–5 posts per week using Canva.
• Create promotional graphics and short-form video content using provided footage.
• Promote new machines, competitive pricing, and special offers.
• Respond to basic social media inquiries using approved responses.

3. Google Business Profile

• Upload photos and updates.
• Help maintain accurate business information.
• Monitor reviews and prepare responses for approval.
• Encourage customers to leave honest reviews.

4. Marketing & Promotional Materials

• Create English and Spanish promotional flyers.
• Design postcards, yard signs, and digital advertisements.
• Prepare apartment-complex marketing materials.
• Create commercial laundry service presentations.

5. Reporting & Organization

• Maintain a Google Sheets lead tracker.
• Record all businesses contacted and follow-ups.
• Provide a weekly activity and performance report.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing results.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong Canva skills.
• Experience with Facebook and Instagram marketing.
• Lead generation and internet research experience.
• Comfortable sending professional email s and making business calls.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.

Bonus Qualifications

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience with local business marketing.
• Experience with Google Business Profile.
• Experience generating B2B leads.
