About the Role

Succeed Practice Management Corporation is looking for a Philippines-based accountant who enjoys accurate finance work and is willing to help with the broader administration of a growing business. We support Australian healthcare businesses, so clear communication, sound judgment and a practical approach matter.

The role

  • Maintain the Corporation's books, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and management reports.
  • Prepare payroll and Philippine tax and statutory contribution information for review and filing, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG records.
  • Keep a compliance calendar and organised supporting records for corporate, employment and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare bank and payment documents, investigate discrepancies and present them for approval. Final payment approval remains with the business owner.
  • Assist with corporate records, minutes, filing preparation, process improvement and general virtual administration when needed.
  • Work with external accountants or lawyers on matters needing specialist professional advice.

What we are looking for

  • A completed bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a closely related field, with practical bookkeeping and accounting experience.
  • Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills and experience with accounting and payroll software. Experience with Xero, Zoho or PayrollHero is useful.
  • Familiarity with Philippine payroll, employer contributions, tax records and corporate compliance.
  • Careful written English, reliable follow-through and the ability to explain issues clearly.
  • Comfort with varied finance, compliance coordination and virtual administration duties in a small, growing team.
  • CPA qualification is welcome. Relevant legal qualifications or experience with corporate secretarial work, contracts or regulatory filings are an advantage, but are not required.

This is a full-time, remote, 40-hour-per-week role based in the Philippines. Monthly salary: PHP 31,000, plus applicable statutory employment benefits. Working hours will be agreed with the successful applicant and coordinated with our Australian team.

To apply, please send your current CV, the title and completion date of your degree, and a short note describing the Philippine accounting and compliance work you have personally handled. If you have legal or corporate secretarial experience, tell us what you did and in what capacity. Please include the results of the platform's IQ and English assessments if available. We will contact shortlisted applicants about the next step.
