We are a UK and UAE based sales and marketing agency working with founder-led businesses.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team in the Philippines.

This is a full-time, permanent role for someone looking for a long-term career.

We are looking for a strong creative all-rounder who can:

Design professional LinkedIn graphics, carousels and branded templates.

Edit short-form and long-form videos using CapCut.

Create professional sales brochures, presentations and marketing materials.

Design and build professional websites and landing pages.

Create visually impressive designs across multiple client brands.

Work independently, manage multiple projects and follow creative briefs.

You must have excellent design skills, strong attention to detail and a good understanding of branding and visual content.

A relevant degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, IT, Computing or a related field is required.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely creative, technically capable and confident using modern design tools, including Canva and CapCut.

We are a fantastic business that looks after its staff, and bonuses and pay rises are available for those who are successful within the business.

The role is Monday to Friday, 4pm – 1:30am, changing to 3pm – 12:30am in the summer, with a one-hour lunch break and multiple breaks throughout the day.

The starting salary for this role is ₱42,650 PHP per month, paid weekly every Monday.

Following successful completion of your 12-week probation, your monthly salary will increase to ₱63,975 PHP.

Further bonuses and salary increases are available for employees who perform well within the business.
