GoHighLevel Expert & Trainer — Long-Term Career Opportunity With Growing U.S. Company

Company: Blue Carrot Solutions
Location: Remote — Philippines

Employment: Initial paid trial → Part-time collaboration → Potential full-time leadership opportunity
Starting Pay: $8–$12/hour, negotiable based on experience

Initial Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility as the project develops

We're Looking for Someone Special

Blue Carrot Solutions is an established U.S.-based digital marketing company entering an exciting new chapter.

We're building a done-for-you automation service using GoHighLevel to help small business owners spend less time managing missed calls, following up with leads, scheduling appointments, and handling repetitive administrative tasks.

Our philosophy is simple:

Your Business. Your Voice. Less Busywork.

Our initial focus is on home service businesses, including roofers, HVAC contractors, plumbers, electricians, cleaning companies, and similar businesses. Eventually, we want to offer our service to all kinds of local businesses.

We have ambitious goals. We hope to build a company serving hundreds, and eventually thousands, of customers.

But we know that building something great starts with finding the right people.

We're not simply looking for a freelancer to build a few automations. We're hoping to find someone who wants to grow with Blue Carrot for years to come.

For the right person, this opportunity could eventually develop into a full-time position with significant responsibility and leadership opportunities.

The Opportunity

We already have two trusted team members in the Philippines who have been working with Blue Carrot for years. They're dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

We're now looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist who can work alongside them to build the technical foundation of our new automation service.

Your initial responsibilities will include designing our systems, building automations, testing everything thoroughly, documenting processes, and teaching our team how to confidently manage the technology.

We want someone who genuinely enjoys sharing their knowledge and helping teammates succeed.

As our company grows, we'd love for this person to potentially become our lead GHL specialist, help manage client onboarding, communicate directly with customers, and eventually train additional team members.

We're looking for someone who sees the bigger picture and wants to help build something meaningful.

What We're Building

We're developing a standardized automation service that helps local businesses with:

Missed-call text-back and lead response.

Lead capture, follow-up, and nurturing.

Appointment scheduling and automated reminders.

Customer review requests.

CRM pipelines and customer communication.

Other practical automations that save business owners time.

Our goal is to build a system that's approximately 80% standardized and 20% customizable, allowing us to efficiently serve different types of businesses without rebuilding everything for each new client.

We want a reliable, repeatable system that can eventually support hundreds of customers.

Your Initial Responsibilities

You'll help us:

Design a scalable GoHighLevel agency structure.

Build reusable snapshots and standardized workflows.

Configure phone systems, SMS, calendars, pipelines, and integrations.

Set up and troubleshoot missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, scheduling, and review automations.

Handle or guide A2P registration and SMS compliance.

Develop a repeatable client onboarding process.

Create clear SOPs, documentation, and training videos.

Train our two existing team members through hands-on collaboration.

Help implement and test our first pilot customers.

We want someone who can build the systems correctly and teach others how to manage them.

Who We're Looking For

Technical Expertise

Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience, preferably with agencies managing multiple client accounts.

Experience building reusable snapshots and scalable automation systems.

Advanced knowledge of workflows, triggers, pipelines, calendars, and integrations.

Experience with phone systems, SMS, A2P registration, and troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Communication & Personality

Excellent spoken and written English.

Comfortable communicating directly with American business owners over Zoom, phone, email , and messaging.

Patient, friendly, professional, and approachable.

Enjoys teaching, mentoring, and sharing knowledge.

Dependable, organized, proactive, and honest.

Comfortable working collaboratively with an existing team.

Excited about the opportunity to grow with a company over the long term.

Experience working with home service businesses is a plus.

Personality and teamwork matter just as much to us as technical ability.

We want someone our existing team genuinely enjoys working with, learning from, and collaborating with.

The Long-Term Opportunity

This is what makes this position different.

We'll begin with a paid trial project to make sure we're a great fit for each other.

If things go well, we'd like to continue working together as we build and launch our new service.

As Blue Carrot grows, there may be opportunities to:

Transition into consistent part-time work.

Become a full-time member of Blue Carrot Solutions.

Lead our GoHighLevel technical operations.

Manage client onboarding and technical implementations.

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.

Train and mentor future team members.

Help shape how our company operates as we scale.

We can't guarantee how quickly our new service will grow or when a full-time position will become available.

But our genuine intention is to find someone who can prove themselves, earn our trust, and become an important part of Blue Carrot for many years.

We're not looking to constantly hire and replace freelancers.

We're looking to build a great team.

How to Apply

We care much more about your actual experience, communication skills, and ability to solve problems than a polished résumé.

Please complete the following:

1. Start your application with the words "Blue Carrot GHL."

2. Tell us about your GoHighLevel experience.

How long have you used GHL? Have you built reusable snapshots or managed multiple client accounts? Have you trained other team members?

3. Record a short introduction video (2–3 minutes).

Please introduce yourself and show us a GHL automation you've personally built, using a demo account or hiding private client information.

Explain what the automation does, why you built it that way, and one potential issue you'd watch out for.

We'd also love to hear why this long-term opportunity interests you.

4. Answer this technical question:

A roofing contractor misses a phone call while working. We want the caller to automatically receive a friendly text message, but only if the contractor didn't answer the call.

How would you configure and test this in GoHighLevel? What potential issues or limitations would you consider?

5. Answer this systems question:

If you were helping Blue Carrot prepare to onboard 100 local businesses, including roofing contractors, window tinting companies, and appointment-based businesses, how would you structure the GHL system to make onboarding fast, reliable, and mostly standardized?

6. Share your hourly rate and availability.

How many hours per week could you initially commit? Would you be interested in transitioning into a long-term, potentially full-time role as the opportunity develops?

A Personal Note From the Owner

I've been running Blue Carrot Solutions for years, and I'm excited about where we're headed.

I've learned a lot about business along the way, and one of the biggest lessons is how important it is to surround yourself with good people.

I don't want to build a company where everyone is simply completing tasks.

I want to build a company where people take pride in their work, care about our customers, support one another, and feel like they're part of something meaningful.

I have big ambitions for Blue Carrot, but I also believe in growing responsibly, treating people well, and building a company that lasts.

For the right person, I hope this is the beginning of a working relationship that lasts many years.

If you're an excellent GoHighLevel specialist who enjoys teaching, wants to take on responsibility, and is excited about helping build something from the ground up, I'd genuinely love to hear from you.

Let's build something great together.
