Remote HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist

Flowvate is looking for experienced HVAC Dispatchers and Customer Service Specialists to join our talent network for upcoming full-time remote opportunities with HVAC and home service companies in the United States.

We’re looking for people who already understand how a busy service company operates and can confidently handle customers, technicians, schedules, and follow-up.

What You May Be Doing

Depending on the client, responsibilities may include:

• Answering inbound customer calls
• Booking and scheduling service appointments
• Dispatching technicians
• Updating customers on arrival times
• Rescheduling appointments when needed
• Following up on estimates and open quotes
• Following up on unpaid invoices
• Customer service by phone, email , and text
• Updating customer records and job notes
• Coordinating with technicians and office staff
• Helping keep the daily schedule organized

Experience We’re Looking For

HVAC or home services experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with any of the following is a big plus:

• Jobber
• ServiceTitan
• Housecall Pro
• GoHighLevel
• CallRail
• Service Fusion
• Other field service or dispatch software

You should also have:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong phone communication skills
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Confidence dealing directly with customers
• Ability to work North American business hours
