Monthly Pay: $200 USD + incentives per sales made

We’re building a beauty supplement brand and looking for a creative, reliable person to bring our AI brand character to life and manage content on Facebook and Instagram.

Our character is a polished, professional-looking Hispanic woman in her 60s with a well-maintained appearance and a confident, approachable presence. She will represent beauty, self-care, and healthy aging.

We already have a character concept and visual references. Your role will be to refine her appearance, create realistic short-form videos, and publish engaging content that grows our audience and supports product sales.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain a consistent AI character across all content.
• Produce approximately 20–25 short-form videos per month using repeatable templates.
• Create realistic scenes featuring skincare routines, getting ready, light exercise, everyday self-care, and professional or lifestyle settings.
• Write attention-grabbing hooks, on-screen text, and captions tailored to our beauty supplement brand.
• Include clear calls to action directing viewers to our link in bio.
• Schedule and publish content on Facebook and Instagram.
• Research successful beauty, self-care, and healthy-aging content for inspiration.
• Provide brief weekly analytics and performance updates.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience creating realistic AI images and videos.
• Ability to maintain the same character’s face and appearance across different scenes.
• Proficiency in CapCut or similar video-editing software.
• Experience publishing Facebook and Instagram Reels.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with Kling, Runway, Midjourney, HeyGen, or comparable tools is preferred.
• Experience posting for US brands targeting US audience

Pay & Working Arrangement

• $200 USD per month + incentives per sales made
• Full-time, 1+ full video a day.
• Fully remote with flexible working hours.
• Long-term opportunity based on performance.

Final production targets will be agreed upon during a paid trial, based on video complexity and available AI tools.
