Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Instagram Lead Sourcing & Research

We are looking for a reliable, detail-orientated Virtual Assistant to help us source potential clients for our marketing agency, Beyond Ihsan.

We help Muslim coaches and consultants grow their businesses by building client acquisition systems. Your main responsibility will be finding potential clients on Instagram who fit our target audience and recording their details accurately in Google Sheets.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and potentially work with us long-term as the business grows.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Finding potential clients on Instagram who match our ideal client profile.
• Researching Instagram profiles to determine whether they are suitable prospects.
• Identifying coaches and consultants in niches such as business, entrepreneurship, fitness, mindset, personal development and finance.
• Checking that potential leads meet our criteria before adding them to the spreadsheet.
• Recording Instagram usernames, profile links, niches and other relevant information in Google Sheets.
• Checking for duplicate leads against our existing database to ensure we don't contact the same people twice.
• Following our lead-sourcing guidelines and maintaining accurate, organised records.

Requirements:

• Good research skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating Instagram and identifying relevant accounts.
• Experience with lead generation, web research or data entry is preferred.
• Basic Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good written English and the ability to understand our target audience.
• A reliable internet connection.
• Willingness to complete a short paid trial task before starting ongoing work.

Previous experience sourcing leads for coaches, consultants or marketing agencies is a bonus, but not essential. Training and clear instructions will be provided.

Work arrangements and benefits:

• Part-time position, approximately 9-14 hours per week initially.

Trial task
Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a paid small lead-sourcing task to demonstrate their research skills, accuracy and ability to follow instructions.

The task should take approximately 30 minutes. Applicants who pass the trial may be offered ongoing part-time work.
