Scholar by NYClogic AI is a classroom app for US high school teachers, built by a 23-year veteran high school mathematics teacher. It builds a week of lessons in minutes, runs them live in class, and gives students instant feedback. We are launching across the United States and are hiring 2 friendly, reliable people to help new teachers get started.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Welcome new teachers and teacher ambassadors by video call, phone, chat and email , and walk them through a simple 3-step setup.
• Answer questions at our help desk using our guides, and report any bugs to the founder the same day.
• Follow up with teachers who signed up but have not started yet, and help them teach their first lesson.
• Keep simple notes on every contact and send a short weekly report.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent spoken and written English; warm, clear and professional on calls.
• 1+ year in customer support, onboarding or teaching (EdTech or SaaS is a plus).
• Comfortable with web apps, Google Workspace and help desk tools; patient when explaining technology.
• Reliable internet with a backup, a headset and a quiet workspace.
• Available for a US Eastern shift (11 AM - 7 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM ET), Monday to Friday.

WHAT WE OFFER

• PHP 25,000 - 30,000 per month to start, depending on experience, plus a night-shift premium.
• 13th-month pay, paid training, and a raise review after 3 months.
• Long-term role on a growing education product; work fully from home.
