Sales and Marketing Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Associate with strong sales and marketing skills. The ideal candidate will understand how to identify a company's target market, attract the right audience, generate quality leads, and convert potential customers into paying clients.

This role requires someone who can combine creativity with strong sales abilities, develop professional marketing materials and advertisements, and take initiative in driving business growth. The candidate must be confident, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research target markets to determine the ideal customer base.

Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract potential customers.

Create professional, engaging advertisements and marketing materials.

Generate leads through various marketing channels and outreach strategies.

Identify potential clients and develop strategies to engage and convert them into customers.

Manage the sales process, from initial contact and lead generation through to closing deals.

Develop compelling marketing content and promotional materials to increase brand awareness.

Monitor marketing campaigns and assess their effectiveness in generating leads and sales.

Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.

Take ownership of assigned projects and work independently to achieve business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.

Proven ability to identify target markets and attract the right customers.

Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and converting leads into clients.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with confidence in engaging potential customers.

Experience creating professional advertisements and marketing materials.

Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc..).

Creative mindset with strong visual communication and design skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Tools & Software
Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC) – experience required.

Additional tools and software will be provided.

Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
