About the Role

AED One-Stop Shop | Philippines Remote Position

Strong spoken English and outbound sales calling experience required

Pay: US $5–$7.50 per hour, based on relevant experience, spoken English proficiency, and demonstrated skills.
Hours: 20–40 hours per week. Long-term, ongoing opportunity.

About the Role

AED One-Stop Shop is a U.S.-based distributor of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and related services. We help businesses, schools, government agencies, nonprofits, and other organizations prepare for sudden cardiac arrest emergencies.

We are seeking a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to support our three revenue-generating sales representatives, including the owner. This role combines outbound sales calling, customer follow-up, Salesforce updates, and administrative coordination.

Outbound sales calling is a core responsibility. You will proactively call prospective customers, follow up on leads and open quotes, identify purchasing needs, and schedule conversations for our sales representatives. Calls will include cold outreach to organizations that have not previously purchased from us. You must be comfortable initiating sales conversations and handling objections professionally.

Required Working Schedule

All work must take place during our U.S. operating hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Mountain Time, when our sales team and business and government customers operate. Assigned hours will fall within this window.

During U.S. Mountain Daylight Time: 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. Philippine time.

During U.S. Mountain Standard Time: 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. Philippine time.

This is an overnight position in the Philippines, with the workweek running Monday night through Saturday morning. Your Philippine working hours will shift by one hour with U.S. daylight saving time changes.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers, including cold calls, lead follow-up, and appointment setting.

Follow up on open quotes and customer requests; identify next steps and coordinate with the sales representatives.

Receive customer and vendor calls and communicate professionally using our business phone system.

Keep Salesforce contacts, activities, opportunities, and follow-up tasks accurate and current.

Organize sales team inboxes, flag priorities, draft responses, and track follow-up items.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal staff.

Assist with order processing, order-status inquiries, prospect research, spreadsheets, and shared files.

Take ownership of assigned work, communicate progress, and flag issues promptly.

Qualifications

Previous outbound sales calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience is required.

Strong conversational English, including clear, easily understood speech, listening comprehension, and professional writing.

Confidence handling unscripted conversations with U.S. customers and prospects, asking questions, and responding to objections.

Experience in sales support, customer service, virtual assistance, or administration.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.

Experience with Salesforce or another CRM; Salesforce experience is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email , and calendar tools.

Ability to prioritize requests from multiple sales representatives and work independently.

Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, a quality headset, and a practical backup plan for internet or power interruptions.

Consistent availability for the required overnight schedule and reliable attendance at meetings.

What Success Looks Like

You make outbound calls consistently, hold professional conversations, document results, and complete follow-ups on time. Customer inquiries receive timely attention, Salesforce records stay accurate, and the sales team can depend on you to keep assigned work moving.

How to Apply

Please submit your updated résumé, a one-minute video introduction, and answers to the questions below.

For your video, introduce yourself and describe a customer interaction you handled. Speak naturally rather than reading a prepared script. We want to hear how you communicate in everyday conversation.

Describe your outbound sales calling experience. Were these cold calls, warm leads, or customer follow-ups? Approximately how many calls did you make per day?

Describe how you handled a prospect who was hesitant or initially uninterested.

What experience do you have managing email inboxes and supporting a sales team?

Which CRMs have you used, and what tasks did you perform in them?

How many hours per week can you consistently commit?

Can you reliably work assigned hours within Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. U.S. Mountain Time, including the seasonal one-hour adjustment? Confirm your available hours in Philippine time.

What is your backup plan if your internet connection or power goes out?

Interview Process

Selected applicants will first complete a brief phone screening that includes an outbound sales follow-up role-play. Candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills and a good fit will be invited to a longer interview.
